I was being harassed in one of the chat rooms. I filed a report and never heard back. I had to internally post negative feedback before I did finally hear from them. And because of the fact that when you file a report against an individual, it doesn't include that individual's name, they claim they can't do anything and so they don't bother to respond. And then when I did finally, after a series of emails, get through their overt arrogance and let them know the details, along with a screen capture of the chat room (which they didn't bother to look at), nothing happened.
Apart from customer service, the application itself isn't that bad. There are enough people on here. The chat rooms are numerous. However when you block people, it doesn't block them in the chat rooms, so they can still harass you there. And it's obvious that customer support isn't going to go out of their way to help you.
So far Scruff is the best app I've used. Don't bother with this one.
In summary, I would not recommend Squirt to a friend.
