After paying by the month for nearly eight years I recently deactivated my account by mistake. This was after renewing for another month. I’ve messaged and emailed to have this sorted and I’m yet o have tgecmatter resolved. Instead, I got one message advising me to redo the steps that I’d already done to reactivate my account, with a back hand remark about me phoning and messaging, adding pressure to the queue. Well I’m sorry guys but n my world customers who pay deserve a level of service I think. And if squirt not answering your phones due to COVID they need to invest some of the fortune they make to ensure customers are given support. Just another smug outfit run by greedy people with shocking attitudes.
In summary, I would not recommend Squirt to a friend.
